Online registration for returning swimmers is now open! All registration is done online with payment made through PayPal. All major credit cards are accepted.

If you do not register by February 14 your spot on the team is no longer guaranteed. Due to the increased interest in our 8 & Under age group, and a cap on the numbers we are placing on that age group, we strongly suggest that returning 8 & Under Seals not delay in registering. Remember, after February 14 we cannot guarantee spots on the team and we will open those slots to first come, first served.

Please Note: Online registration at this time is only open to returning Seals who swam during the summer of 2009. Fall and Winter clinic swimmers who did NOT swim in the summer of 2009 are NOT returning Seals and are considered new swimmers. New swimmers must attend tryouts on Feb 11th and 12th, and if space is available and they are subsequently notified, will register online at that time.

Click here to register online. Jump In the Pool with the Seals Seals Tryouts are on Friday the 12th from 3:30 - 5:30. For those that can not make it on Friday, we'll be having a mini-tryout from 5:00 - 5:30 on Thursday the 11th (the day before).

This tryout is for swimmers who did NOT swim with the Seals last summer. If you were in the Fall 09 session and current Winter session and did NOT swim with the Seals last summer you need to go to the tryouts. In order to make the team, a child must be able to swim 25 yards freestyle continuously with side breathing and 25 yards on their back.

New Parent Meeting Parents of new swimmers must attend a mandatory meeting at the Strawberry Pool Rec District office on Thursday, February 25th at 6:30pm. Coach Bella and members of the Seal board will be there to answer any questions you might have about being on the team. Spring Schedule We are pleased to announce the 2010 Spring Tam High School/Strawberry Pool Schedule. As you might imagine we are thrilled to have such a unique opportunity, with these two facilities, to give your swimmer the best training we can. Our new coach has worked hard to ensure the proper balance with respect to age and ability; dividing the time and location best suited for each group. The chart below illustrates the breakdown and gives a summary of the standards for each group and age. Coach Bella and Coach Jeremy will be at both facilities. Coach Nick will primarily be at Tam. As this is our first year at Tam we anticipate some room for change as we assimilate into our two homes. Our preference is to keep the 9 year olds at Strawberry although we don't want to rule out the possibility of some of them going to Tam on a case by case basis. Please note that 8 & Under practices will be Tuesday-Friday. Intermediates will be swimming at the Strawberry Pool on Monday and at Tam Pool from Tuesday-Friday.

After June 11th all of our practices will all be at the Tam Pool in afternoons beginning at 3:30. Stay tuned for details on summer group schedules.
