Back to Archive List In order to devote more attention in particular areas such as dives, turns and some of the more advanced strokes, the Seals are happy to offer a series of specialized Stroke Clinics.

The clinics will take place on three evenings and each clinic will be split into two sessions - the first session dedicated to 10 and unders and the second to 11 and up swimmers. Because we will have a much lower coach to swimmer ratio, swimmers can expect to get a lot of help in perfecting the focus of the day (see above). To warm the body after a great workout, hot chocolate will be served after each session.
